1. How do I get what I need?

   - Just contact us at your convenient time, we will offer you detailed information accordingly.

2. Can you arrange a sample before formal order?

   - Yes, we can. But normally sample is not free of charges, you have to do a favor to us for paying it in advance.  

     Sample charges can be deducted when you place formal order.

3. How do we get the goods from you after payment?

   - We can arrange shipment from our side if necessary, or communicate with your shipping agent to 

     ship the goods after production finished.

4. How do you commit after-sale service?

   - If you are suffering a quality problem, please contact us at convenient time for help.
